Important Policy Updates (2024-2025)
- 5-Year Visa Exemption: Under Decree No. 221, a special 5-year exemption certificate is available for investors, scientists, and professionals, allowing stays of up to 90 days per visit.
- 45-Day Waiver Extended: The 45-day visa waiver for UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Japan, South Korea, etc., is active until 2028.
- Exceptions: British National Overseas (BNO) passport holders are not eligible for exemption and must apply for a visa.
Entry Conditions for Visa-Free Travel
To enter under a visa exemption, you must meet these criteria:
- Valid Passport: Must have at least 6 months validity remaining.
- Passport Pages: Must have at least one (1) blank page.
- No Bans: Must not fall under restricted entry categories.

- Return/Onward Ticket: Proof that you intend to leave within the permitted duration.
