3. Cancellations and Refunds
For Visa on Arrival
We operate a strict no-refund policy for all Vietnam visa applications submitted through our website. Once an approval letter has been sent to your email address, we cannot reimburse the visa fee.
Important: If you wish to cancel your application, you must contact us immediately before the approval letter is issued to prevent unnecessary costs. No refunds will be given for false or incorrect information supplied at the time of submission.
Refunds will only be processed if your application is declined by the immigration authorities. Depending on your card issuer, the refund process may take 7-15 working days.
For E-visa Applications
The fee for our expedited e-visa service includes our service fee but does not include the government processing fee unless stated otherwise. Fees associated with e-visa applications are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the government system.
Refunds will be granted solely in the event that a customer's e-visa application is rejected by the relevant authorities. No other refunds will be provided.
4. Processing Time and Delivery
Under normal circumstances, the processing time is 3–5 working days, starting from the next business day after payment receipt. In special cases, additional documents may be required, which could extend the processing time.
Our service is considered complete once the e-visa or approval letter is sent to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to check your email (including spam folders) and notify us within 3 days if you have not received it.
Note on Delays: While we strive for accuracy, estimated delivery times are based on recent performance and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the immigration department or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Disclaimers and Liability
OnlineVisaVietnam is a private agency and is not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam. We act as an intermediary to assist you in obtaining your visa.
- We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour, or accommodation bookings if your visa application is declined or delayed.
- We strongly recommend that you do not book non-refundable flights or accommodation until you have received your visa.
- We are not responsible for any entry refusal by immigration officers at the port of entry, even if you hold a valid visa. The final decision to allow entry rests solely with the immigration authorities.
6. Accuracy of Information
It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all information provided (name, passport number, date of birth, etc.) is accurate and matches their passport exactly. OnlineVisaVietnam cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly due to erroneous information provided by the applicant.
If you identify an error on your approved visa, you must contact us immediately. Corrections may require a new application and full payment if the error was on your part.
